Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic spinach (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup milk of choice or to taste (Three Trees or Malk vanilla almond milk or Native Simple coconut milk in a can)

  • ½ cup plain organic Greek yogurt (Strauss) or use coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option

  • 1-1½ cups frozen wild organic blueberries 

  • 1/2 cup organic riced cauliflower

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1/2 very ripe banana the riper the banana, the sweeter it will make your smoothie

  • dash of cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Combine spinach, milk and yogurt in your blender. Blend until smooth and there are not bits of spinach left.

  • Add remaining ingredients and blend again.

  • Taste. Add extra milk or some water if a thinner consistency is desired.

  • Enjoy immediately.
