Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup organic spinach (fresh or frozen)
1 cup milk of choice or to taste (Three Trees or Malk vanilla almond milk or Native Simple coconut milk in a can)
½ cup plain organic Greek yogurt (Strauss) or use coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option
1-1½ cups frozen wild organic blueberries
1/2 cup organic riced cauliflower
1/4 avocado
1/2 very ripe banana the riper the banana, the sweeter it will make your smoothie
dash of cinnamon optional
Instructions
Combine spinach, milk and yogurt in your blender. Blend until smooth and there are not bits of spinach left.
Add remaining ingredients and blend again.
Taste. Add extra milk or some water if a thinner consistency is desired.
Enjoy immediately.
